Shipping Policy

We Ship through the USPS postal service. Shipping rates and times are determined directly by the USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

We make custom and customized materials. Meaning each item our clients order from us is made-to-order and made specifically for the client. Due to that we have a No Return policy. If you purchase an item that does not fit properly we offer ONE free alteration up to 14 days after purchasing.

Definition of alteration:

An alteration involves modifying a garment's fit or style without changing it's core structure or components.

Alterations are limited to services such as:

Hemming

Adjusting seams

The free alteration does not apply to damage to the garment done by the customer. An alteration does not include reconstructing or redesigning the garment in any way, shape or form.
